Linda Cucca is the voice behind LeadWise Hub and the creator of the Performance Beyond Preference™ framework, where she explores how modern workplaces define performance, productivity, and success—and why those definitions often leave people behind.
Drawing on her experience in leadership roles and a strong foundation in mentoring, she examines how workplace systems and expectations shape who is seen, valued, and advanced—particularly for neurodivergent individuals and others whose strengths don’t fit traditional models.
Her work challenges leaders to rethink how success is measured, moving beyond familiar patterns to build environments where more people can contribute, be recognized, and thrive.
